Dealers are Visionary's true Partners
Having its dealers as owners gives Visionary Vehicles a unique asset, since their distribution system is in fact, comprised of real partners instead of just sales and service points.
As partners, Visionary Vehicles' dealers benefit directly from each others success, sharing in the profits of the entire company and are willing to assist their fellow dealers whenever they can. This represents an entirely new approach to automobile distribution. Visionary Vehicles' dealers now become a real value both to the company, as well as to each other.
We plan to balance two qualitative objectives that are often in opposition: consumers' convenience and the highest level of unit sales per outlet (fewest automotive retailers selling the most vehicles).
The limited number of dealerships offered nationwide (no more than 250 territories in the first phase and no more than 400 in total) will offer large territories for each dealer and a greater opportunity for profit than conventional distribution grids offering denser, less exclusive territories.
We see our dealers as the foundation of our future success, not just links in the distribution chain, and we have a clear understanding of how to deploy and support dealership resources, so as to maximize brand equity and franchises value for the benefit of the entire organization.
This unique dealer network also makes significant and meaningful contributions to the company's sales, marketing, retail and customer service operations. It is the company's belief that this new partnership will have a dramatic impact on increasing its volume, enhancing its brand, as well as increasing dealers' margins.
Visionary Vehicles is committed to building a strong working relationship with its dealers in a true spirit of cooperation and mutual benefit. Visionary's dealer's are a substantive part of Visionary's business model and part of our ongoing dialogue covering all aspects of the business, including product planning, marketing and advertising, retail facilities, sales training, after-sales and warranty, along with accessory and aftermarket offerings.
