Visionary Vehicles will be the first new car company of the 21st century to offer a full line of Plug-In hybrid electric vehicles to consumers in large volumes. It was founded on a set of uncomplicated principals that we believe must be at the foundation of today's automobile industry.

* Provide the cleanest, most fuel efficient cars in the industry - Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) that will offer over 100 miles per gallon.

• To date, the only practical alternative to conventional internal combustion engines available in commercial volumes has been the gas-electric hybrid, in parallel and series-parallel configurations, which combine an electric motor with a conventional gasoline engine to power the vehicle. Generally, hybrids have cost significantly more than comparable gasoline powered vehicles. Because of the partial reliance on electric power, a hybrid can achieve a given level of performance with a smaller gas engine, thus reducing emissions and gasoline consumption relative to the same vehicle equipped with a conventional gas engine alone. However, unlike existing hybrids, our planned PHEV will be a pure electric vehicle that will be equipped with an on-board generator driven by a small motor. The generator will engage only after the vehicle has been driven 40 to 50 miles and as a result, the vehicle's total driving range will be limited only by its on-board fuel and is anticipated to be as much as 800 miles.

• Each and every Visionary vehicle is being newly designed and engineered by us in conjunction with leading automotive engineering firms and manufacturing consultants, to meet the highest safety, regulatory, environmental, performance and quality standards. They will meet all worldwide homologation requirements thus allowing for distribution to sophisticated consumer markets like the United States.

* Provide the quality and luxury normally associated with highline vehicles at prices that every consumer deserves and can afford.

• By taking advantage of low-cost manufacturing we will make environmentally friendly technology, class leading performance and highline amenities accessible to a broad spectrum of consumers.
• By availing themselves of a growing list of "green" incentives offered by both the government and private sector, our customers will realize not only initial savings (in the form of rebates and incentives) but reduced operating costs over the term of their ownership as well, since PHEV vehicle technology is considerably less complex than traditional engine and drivetrain technology.
• By contracting with existing manufacturers with experience in manufacturing and facilities in place, we will substantially reduce the time required to bring models to market and thus gain a first-mover advantage relative to legacy manufacturers, helping to firmly establish our brand.
• We do not have to invest in manufacturing facilities; ample funding is available to support the manufacture of automobiles for those companies able to provide environmental benefits through the development and adaptation of advanced technologies.
